The Beginning

Here we go!
I have a lot of hopes for ClayDevelops. I’ve been meaning to set up a place for me to document and explain what I’ve learned over the years and what I continue to learn, in the hopes that it aids others along the way. I’m excited to say that the framework is now in place! Now all I have to do is follow through…
Purpose
A Portfolio - This will be a place to demonstrate and reference the various projects I have going on as well as those I’ve completed. If a project is large enough, it may get a domain of its own (one example will be coming shortly, I hope).
Education - I have really appreciated all of the blogs and sites that I have used to learn a wide variety of concepts and technology. I’m hoping that this site can be used to share that with others so that I can give to the community in much the same way the community has given to me.
Growth Journal - I’m not sure exactly what I want to call this, or how it fits in with the other two, but I also want this to be a place where I can document my learnings journal-style, without necessarily going into tutorial mode.
What’s Next?
So what can you expect next? I have a couple of projects I am dying to start, and I want to share them here, ugly and newbie-ish as they may be to begin with. Public accountability can help a lot with keeping up progress. Also, if you have requests or areas you’re interested in learning, I’m probably interested too - so I’m open to suggestions. Share away!
